Irrigable

Irrigable. - Land is said to be irrigable when - (a) It is commanded by a canal; (b) It is under cultivation; and (c) It is not wet. Explanation.- Land which has been cultivated with any crop at any time during two years preceding that which an irrigation agreement has effect shall be deemed to be under cultivation
