Penalty for obstructing persons from carrying out duties—Any person who wilfully refuses entry to a Labour Officer to any place which he entitled to enter or fails to produce, any document which he is required to produce or fails to comply with any requisition or order issued to him by or under the provisions of this Act or the rules made there under, shall, on conviction, be punishable with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees.
