Proceeding before a Labour Court, etc. to be judicial proceeding—Every proceeding before a Labour Court, the Industrial Court and a Board shall be deemed to be a judicial proceeding within the meaning of sections 192, 193 and 228 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (XLV of 1860).
