Cognizance of offence—No Labour Court shall take cognizance any offence— (a) punishable under this Act, except on complaint in writing made by the person affected thereby or the representative of employee or the employer or on a report in writing of the Labour Officer; (b) punishable under any of the Acts specified in Schedule II—A except in accordance with the provisions of the respective Acts.
