Awards—(1) The Arbitrator, Labour Court, Industrial Court or a Board shall forward copies of the award made by him or it to the parties, the Registrar, the Commissioner of Labour and the State Government. (2) On receipt of such award, the Registrar shall enter it in the register kept for the purpose and shall inform the parties of the date of registration. (3) Every award shall be published in the manner as may be prescribed. (4) The arbitration proceeding shall be deemed to have been completed on the date of the publication of the award under sub-section (3). (5) An award published under sub-section (3) shall be final and shall not be called in question by any Court in any manner whatsoever.
