Conciliation proceeding discontinued deemed to be completed-A conciliation proceeding which is discontinued under clause (b) of section 47 shall be deemed to have been completed on the date referred to in the said clause, and the provisions of section 43 with regard to the submission and forwarding of report shall apply to such conciliation proceeding.
