Appearance by legal practitioner—(1) Save as provided in subsection (2), no legal practitioner shall be entitled to appear in proceeding under this Act. (2) A legal practitioner may appear- (i) in any proceeding in connection with an offence under this Act, (ii) in any other proceedings before a Labour Court or the Industrial Court with the leave of the Court.
