Recognition of combination of employers as association of employers— The State Government may, from time to time, by notification— (a) recognize any combination of employers in an industry whether incorporated or not as an association of employers for the purposes of this Act, provided that one of the objects of such combination is the regulation of condition of employment in the industry; (b) withdraw any recognition granted under clause (a) [ * *] Provided that no recognition shall be withdrawn unless an opportunity has been given to such association of employers to be heard [on the grounds on which it is proposed to withdraw the recognition.
