Application for re-recognition—A union the recognition of which has been cancelled may, at any time after three months from the date of such cancellation and on payment of such fee as may be prescribed, apply for re-recognition. The provisions of section 13 and 14 shall apply in respect of such application; Provided that a union the recognition of which has been cancelled on any ground other than- (i) a mistake; or (ii) any ground specified in sub-clause (ii) [* *] of clause (b) of section 16; shall not be entitled to apply for recognition within six months of the cancellation.
