Powers of Industrial Court, etc

Powers of Industrial Court, etc., to decide all matters—Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, a Board, the Industrial Court, or a Labour Court, as the case may be shall have the power to decide all matters arising out of the Industrial matter or dispute referred to it for decision under any of the provision of this Act.
