Liability of the executive of the Union—Where anything is be done by any union under this Act, the person authorized in this executive of the union, and where no person is so authorized every : executive of the union shall be bound to do the same and shall be personally liable if default is made in the doing of any such thing. Explanation—For the purposes of this section, the executive of a union means the body by whatever name called to which the management of the affairs of the union is entrusted.
