Development Commissioner to be Chief Conciliator Notwithstanding anything contained in the Madhya Pradesh Industrial Relations Act, 1960 (No. 27 of 1960), the Development Commissioner shall be the Chief Conciliator for the purposes of this Act in respect of the Zone.
