Members, officers and servants of Board and Committee demand to he public servants - All members, officers and servants of the Board, the members of committees, and M.P. GRIHA NIRMAN MANDAL ADHINIYAM, 1972 33 all her persons entrusted with the execution of any function under this Act, shall be deemed when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act, to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (No. 45 of 1860).
