Stamping signature on notice or Bills - Every notice or bill, which is required by this Act or by any rule or regulation or byelaw made there-under to beat the signature of the Chairman or any other member or Housing Commissioner or any officer or servant of the Board, shall be deemed to be properly signed if it bears a facsimile signature of the Chairman or of such other member or of Housing Commissioner or such officer or servant, as the case may be stamped thereupon.
