Protection of action taken in good faith- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government the board or committee thereof or any officer or servant of the State Government or the board for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act, rule or regulation or byelaw made there-under.
