Procedure- (1) No court shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this Act or any rule or regulation or byelaw made there-under unless complaint of such offence is made within Six Months next after the commission thereof. (2) No court inferior to that a Magistrate of the First Class shall try any offence punishable under this Act.
