Contingency Fund of Board- (1) there shall be established a fund of nature of an imprest entitled the Contingency Fund of the Board into which shall he paid from and out of the Fund of the Board a sum of Ten Lakhs of rupees. (2) The fund shall he held on behalf of the Board by the Housing Commissioner and no advances shall be made out of the Fund, except for the purpose of meeting unforeseen expenditure under section 26, pending authorisation of such expenditure by the Board in accordance with section 36. (3) For the purpose of carrying out the object of this section the Board may make regulations regulating all matters connected with or ancillary to the custody of, payment of moneys into and withdrawal of money from the fund.
