Commencement of term of office of member -(I) The names of the members shall be notified in the Gazette by the State Government and the term of office of each of them shall commence on such date as may be specified. in the notification. (2) A person ceasing to be a member by reason of the expiry of his term of office shall, if otherwise qualified, be eligible for re-appointment.
