Bar of jurisdiction of courts- Order made by the State Government or the competent, authority, as the case may be in the exercise of any power conferred by or under this Chapter shall not be called in question in any court and no injunction shall be granted by any court or other authority in respect of any action taken or to be taken in pursuance of any power conferred by or under this Chapter.
