Housing Commissioner. -(1) There shall be a Housing Commissioner to the Board who shall be the principal executive officer of the Board and subject to the overall control of the Board and the Chairman, all other officers and servants of the Board shall be subordinate to him. (2) The Housing Commissioner shall be appointed by the State Government and his salary and other conditions of service shall be such as may be prescribed.
