POWERS OF GOVERNMENT TO MALE RULES (1) The Government may by notification make rules to carry out the purpose of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the forgoing power, such rules nay provide for or regulate the following matters, namely- (a) The Function which shall be discharged and the duties which shall be performed by the Raksha Dal under section 6. (b) The forming which certificate of enrollment shall be issued under sub-section (2) of section 5. (c) The organization, enrollment and function, discipline of the members of the Raksha Dal and the manner in which they may be called out for duty. (d) Powers, duties and training of the Mukhya Rakshak Thana Raksha Adhikari and Jila Raksha Adhakari under section 7 and 8 (e) Generally for giving effect to the previous of this Act. (3) Every rule made under this Act. shall be laid, as soon as may be after it is made, on the table of the State Vidhan Sabha.
