SHORT TITLE EXTENT AND COMMENCEMENT (1) This Act may called the madhay Pradesh Gram Thtah Nagar Raksha Adhiniyam,2002, (2) It extends to the whole of the Madhya Pradesh, (3) It shall come into force in the whole of the state of Madhya Pradesh on the publication of this Act in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette (Extraordinary) for the first time.
