The Land Improvement Loans Act, 1883 (XIX of 1883) Section 1- (1) In sub-section (2), after "Part 'B' States" add "other than the Madhya Bharat and Sironj regions of the State of Madhya Pradesh". (2) After sub-section (2) insert-- "(3) It shall be in force in the whole of Madhya Pradesh."
