The Madhya Pradesh Sale of Khaddar Act, 1953 (X of 1953) Section 1.- For sub-section (3), substitute-- "(3) It shall be in force in the Mahakoshal region and shall come into force in all other regions of the State on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint." Section 3.- In sub-section (1),-- (1) for "three" substitute "four", and (2) after clause (b), insert-- "(b-1) One member to be nominated by the State Government to represent the Khadi and Village Industries Boards exercising jurisdiction in the State." Section 5.- In sub-section (1), for "clause (a) or clause (b) " substitute ''clause (a), clause (b) or clause (b-1)".
