The Central Provinces and Berar Refugees Rehabilitation (Loans) Act, 1949 (XIX of 1949) Section 1.- For sub-section (2) substitute the following, namely :-- "(2) It extends to and shall be in force in the whole of Madhya Pradesh." Section 2- In clause (h), for "Mahakoshal region" substitute "Madhya Pradesh."
