The Central Provinces and Berar Fisheries Act, 1948 (VIII of 1948) Section 1.- For sub-section (2) substitute,-- "(2) It extends to and shall be in force in the whole of Madhya Pradesh." (2) Omit sub-section (3). Section 4.- 23 For "Mahakoshal region" substitute "Madhya Pradesh".
