The Central Provinces and Berar Prohibition of Objectionable Advertisements Act, 1947 (XXVIII of 1947) Section 1.- For sub-sections (2) and (3), substitute the following, namely :-- "(2) It extends to and shall be in force in the whole of Madhya Pradesh."
