The Central Provinces Borstal Act, 1928 (IX of 1928) Section 1- For sub-sections (2) and (3), substitute the following, namely :-- "(2) It extends to and shall be in force in the whole of Madhya Pradesh." Section 4- For "Mahakoshal region" substitute "State". Section 27.- 10 In item (a), omit "or" occurring for the third time and omit item (b). Section 33. - In clause (2), omit "except States".
