xxx 63-A. Expenditure on proceedings, etc. - No expenditure from the funds of a society shall be incurred for the purpose of defraying the costs of any proceedings filed or instituted in any court by any officer or committee of a society against any order made or purporting to have been made by the Registrar under Section 19-AA, Chapter V or Chapter VI: Provided that where the case is finally decided in favor of the officer or the committee, as the case may be, such cost as may be approved by the Registrar shall be reimbursed by the society.
