Rectification of defects.-(1) If the result of the audit held under section 58 or an inquiry held under section 59 or an inspection held under section 60 discloses any defects in the constitution, working or financial condition or the books of a society, the Registrar may bring such defects to the notice of the society and if the society is affiliated to another society also to the notice of that other society. (2) The Registrar may make an order directing the society or its officers or the society to which it is affiliated to take such action as may be specified in the order within the time mentioned therein to remedy the defects disclosed in the adult, inquiry or inspection.
