Definitions.- In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, — (a) “cadre of Higher Judicial Service’ means the cadre of District Judges and shall include the Principal District Judge, District Judge (Super Time Scale), District Judge (Selection Grade) and District Judge (Entry Level); (b) “cadre of Lower Judicial Service” means the cadre of Civil Judges consisting of Civil Judge, Senior Division and Civil Judge, Junior Division; (c) Omitted by M.P. Act No. 14 of 1996 w.e.f 01-02-1997.
