Superintendence and administration of Bhumi Sena.—(1) The superintendence of the Bhumi Sena throughout the State shall vest in and shall be exercised by the State Government through the Commandant General, in such manner and to such extent as may be prescribed. (2) The administration of the Bhumi Sena shall vest in the Commandant General, and such other officers subordinate to him as may be appointed under this Act.
