Repeal. - On the commencement of this Act all Laws and Ordinances in force in the covenanting States relating to the Prohibition of Associations Dangerous to the Public Peace shall stand repealed : Provided that all orders given and actions taken under the aforesaid Laws or Ordinances shall be deemed to have been given or taken, as the case may be, under this Act.
