Short title, extent and commencement. - (1) This Act may be called "The United State of Gwalior, Indore and Malwa (Madhya Bharat) Prohibition of Associations Dangerous to Public Peace Act, Samvat, 2005". (2) It extends to the whole of the [Madhya Bharat region]. (3) It shall come into force immediately on its publication in the Government Gazette of the United State of Gwalior, Indore and Malwa (Madhya Bharat).
