Bhopal, the 8th January 2016 No.F-3/28/2014/Thirteen:In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 12 of the Madhya Pradesh Vidyut Shulk Adhiniyam,2012 (No. 17 of 2012) and in supersession of this Departmenfs Notification No. F-3-28-2014-XIII dated 18th June; 2014 and No F-3-28-2014-XIII dated 16th July, 2Q15, the State Government, , hereby, makes the. following amendments in Part-Cof the Schedule to the said Act, namely:.,. , AMENDMENTS 1/ In the said Act, in Schedule, after part C, the following note shall be added, namely:- . "Note: Notwithstanding anything contained at serial number 13 and 14 above, any personproducmg electricity from generating Station based on renewable sources of energy shall be exempted from payment of electricity duty on electricity sold or supplied to t~ird party and on consumption of this l:{~ ~, ~ 8 ~ 2016 electrical energy for captive use for the period and subject to the conditions mentioned in the table below:- TABLE 36 (1) S.
