(1) This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Niji Vyavsayik Shikshan Sanstha (Pravesh Ka Vmiyaman Avam Shulk Ka Nirdharan) Adhiniyam, 2007. (2) It extends to the whole of Madhya Pradesh. (3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
