Act of Trustee Committee not to be invalidated by vacancy, defect, etc.- No act done or proceedings taken under this Act or the rules made thereunder by the Trustee Committee shall be invalidated merely by reasons of- (a) any vacancy or defect in the constitution of the Trustee Committee; or (b) any defect or irregularity in the nomination of any person as a member thereof; or (c) any defect or i rregularity in such act or proceeding not affecting the merits ofthe case.
