Power to make rules.-( 1) The Trustee Committee may; with the previous approval of the State Government; by notification; make rules for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions ofthis Act : Provided that before giving approval to the rules framed by the Trustee Committee; the State Government shall consult the Bar Council. ( 2) All rules made under this Act shall be laid on the table of the Legislative Assembly.
