Probate and administration in case of Hindu or Mohammadan or Buddhist to be granted only under this Act.–– No proceedings to obtain probate of a will, or letters of administration to the estate, of any Hindu, Mohammadan or Buddhist shall be institued in any Court in the state except under this Act. 46 PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION ACT, 1977 (1920 A.D) 151 to 156.
