Removal of Member. - The Government may, by order in writing, remove any member from office on all or any of the following grounds; namely :- (i) that the member has abused his position : (ii) that the member has been convicted by a court of law of an offence involving moral turpitude; (iii) that the member is guilty of disgraceful conduct which in the opinion of the Government renders him unfit to continue as member; (iv) that the member has continuously absented himself from three consecutive meetings of the Board without the prior permission of the Chairman : Provided that before issuing such order the Government shall give such member an opportunity of being heard.
