Bye-laws. - The Board may make its own bye-laws not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or the rules or regulations made thereunder for the following matters, namely :- (a) the procedure to be followed at its meeting; (b) the number of members required to constitute a quorum at its meetings; (c) the manner in which decision shall be taken at any of its meetings on any subject coming before it for decisions; (d) the period of notice to be given to the members regarding the dated fixed for meeting and the agenda for the same; (e) the manner of keeping record of the proceedings of the meetings; (f) any other matter solely concerning the conduct of its proceedings and matters connected therewith; and (g) any matter which is required to be laid down in the by-laws in accordance with the provisions of the Act, rules of regulations made thereunder.
