Protection of action taken in good faith. - No suit or other local proceeding shall lie be against the Board, its authorities, or any employee or officer of the Board for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or of the rules, regulations or bye-laws made thereunder.
