President and the office bearers of the Board.—The members of the Board shall, at their first general meeting, elect by ballot from among themselves,— (i) a President ; (ii) two Vice-Presidents, two Secretaries and two Treasurers ; Provided that one Vice-President one Secretary and one Treasurer shall be from among the members of each province.
