Audit of Accounts.—(1) The accounts of the Board and Committees shall be audited and examined once in every year by such auditor as may be from time to time be appointed by the Government, (2) The expenses incurred in the audit and examination of the accounts of the Board and Committees shall be paid out of the funds of the Board or Committees, as the case may be.
