Amounts recoverable as arrear of land revenue.–– Any amount recoverable under this Act shall, without prejudice to any other mode of recovery, shall be recoverable as an arrear of land revenue in the same manner, as provided under the Jammu and Kashmir Land Revenue Act, 1996.
