Utilization of the Fund.–– The Fund shall be utilized for all or any of the following purposes, namely :–– (a) road safety programmes ; (b) awareness programmes in respect of road safety ; (c) funding of approved studies on projects and research regarding road safety ; (d) trauma-care programmes and related activities ; (e) administrative expenses of the Council ; (f) expenditure on matters connected with road safety, correction of black spots and as the Council may deem fit ; and (g) any other purpose as may be prescribed/notified by the Government.
