Form of accounts of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir.—The accounts of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir shall be kept in such form as the Lieutenant Governor may, after obtaining advice of the Comptroller and Auditor-General of India, prescribe by rules.
