Applicability of Scheduled Tribes Order.—On and from the appointed day, the Constitution Jammu and Kashmir (Scheduled Tribes) Order, 1989, [Jammu and Kashmir (Scheduled Tribes Order, 1989)] shall stand applied to the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir and Union territory of Ladakh.
