Revision.-If designated off~cer or first appellate authority is aggrieved by any order o f second appellate authority in respect o f imposition o f fine under the Act, he or it may make an application for revision to the Special Tribunal within a period o f 60 days from the date of passing of such order, which shall dispose of the application according to such procedure as may be prescribed.
