Power to remove difficulties.–– If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may be order do anything not inconsistent with such provisions which appear to it to be necessary or expedient for the purposes of removing the difficulties : Provided that no such order shall be passed after the expiry of two years from the commencement of this Act. 10 PRIVATE COLLEGES (REGULATION AND CONTROL) ACT, 2002
